– Freedom Academy’s inaugural music academy award ceremony will feature an eclectic mix of bands, dancers and DJs, as well as a handful of performers who are expected to represent the school’s mission of promoting freedom and justice for all.
The annual award ceremony, which will take place Saturday, will be hosted by Gwinnetts Music Academy and Gwinnets Academy of Music.
It will be the first time the Gwinnet School District has hosted such an award ceremony in the district.
“We are very excited to welcome our students and alumni to this celebration,” Gwinnell Schools Superintendent Scott Smith said.
“The talent we have to offer will bring us many benefits for our students, our district and our community.”
The ceremony will be held at the Gwintons Music Academy at 7 p.m.
Saturday.
The event will be broadcast live on WISN-TV at 7:30 p.M. and on the Gwinton Music Academy’s Facebook page at 7.30 p,m.
The music academy is located at 933 W. Broad Street in Gwinnetta.
